We are seeking a dynamic Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you must have 7 to 10 years of experience in:
- Recruiting for technical roles, with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent in the technology industry.
- Experience in leading a team and setting/monitoring KPIs
- As the Tech Talent Acquisition Lead will be the go-to person for all tech recruitment needs in Egypt/Country level
- You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Your expertise in conducting technical screenings and assessments will ensure that we bring in the best candidates who align with our company values and culture.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Expanding the company's business in the Middle East region by developing and implementing Go-to-Market Plans in a specific sector and identifying new business opportunities
