About The Job

• Coordinate Production scheduling with Supply Chain, monitor & implement CGMP compliance in Production operations and documentation. Implement compliance to other standards as required by the organization.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Checking the manufacturing documents of the batch to be processed on daily basis
• As required assists in manufacturing process
• Attend the daily production meeting and follow up of the plan
• Assists the technicians when needed to execute the plan
• Executes the weekly plan as scheduled and assists in future planning activities
• Ensures that the staff is doing his/her assigned tasks in compliance with ϲGMP
• Ensure good housekeeping in the area
• Identify arrangement of safety requirements as and when required
• Ensure the compliance of SOP for safety and hygiene practices in the area
• Coordinates with warehouse for raw material requirement
• Reviewing the batch manufacturing record of different products
• Requesting the SMIR and MRN’s for review and approval
• Make available the machine for scheduled prevent maintenance
• Coordinates with the servicing department
• Identifying the training requirements of the existing and new employees
  
  

Qualifications

• University graduate pharmacy or relevant.
• Not less than 3 Years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent Knowledge of English language
• Good communication skills.
• Logical thinker & problem solver with a high degree of attention to details.
• Team management skills
