Registered Nurse With IV Therapy With Home Healthcare with DHA license

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with IV Therapy experience in Home Healthcare, holding a valid DHA license, to join our team at OnTime Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care and IV therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. You have to be in the Home Healthcare center and only when there is a request you have to go to see the patients
• Perform IV therapy and manage IV lines, ensuring proper placement and sterility, IV cannulation.
• Assess patients' health status and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on proper medication use, disease management, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of nursing care
