Role Description

The Office Manager / Administrator is responsible for the seamless management and coordination of daily administrative tasks and office protocols. Your role is pivotal in fostering a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere, ensuring optimal organizational operation, effective communication, and safety.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the CEO’s and Operation Manager’s schedules, including setting up meetings and appointments.
  • Handle transportation and taxi bookings.
  • Streamline office operations and procedures.
  • Organize internal and external events, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Manage travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, including procurement and stock management of supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain the office environment, including ordering equipment and scheduling repairs.
  • Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
  • Welcome visitors and provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Promote effective internal communication.


Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Office Administration or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Knowledge of email scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proximity to Nasr City is preferred.
