About the role:

As a Partners Relationship Graduate, you will join our team to support the Partnerships department by building and managing relationships with our key merchant partners. You will assist in acquiring merchants, maintaining existing partnerships, and ensuring their satisfaction with our loyalty programs and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the acquisition of new merchant partners by conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners, ensuring their satisfaction with our loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop strategies for growing merchant partnerships and improving overall program performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on partnership performance, highlighting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to merchant partners, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, keeping the team informed of any relevant insights.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship building and networking abilities.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of enthusiasm, proactiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of the loyalty program industry is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in sales, partnerships, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
