About The Role

The Crew Training Admin Support will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Training Department, and supervise and control the crew documentation including new joiners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Training Department.
  • Supervision and control of crew documentation including new joiners.
  • Supervision and control of external training providers documentation, including the feedback system.
  • Providing support during internal and external audits.
  • Supervision and control of simulator approvals.
  • Supervision and control of GCAA approvals.
  • To understand and manage GCAA e-services.
  • Supervision and control of Flight crew License Validations.
  • Supervision and Control of Flight Crew Medical and License validity.
  • Supervision and Control of the Issuance and renewal of flight crew licenses, including instructor, examiner and LTC authorizations.
  • Prepare and manage line training folders.
  • To monitor and input FIMaS crew data to ensure FIMaS remains up to date.
  • Input to and editing of the Operations Manuals Part D through WebManuals.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Training Providers and organizations to monitor and follow up Crew Training appointments and keep the Training Manager informed about their status.
  • Project work as directed by PH Crew Training
  • Support Cabin Crew Manager for administrative matters during their absence.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • High School Certificate
  • Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license essential
  • Previous experience within VIP aviation essential
  • Experience in working in a team

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office with advanced Word/Excel skills
  • Detail oriented methodical approach to solving/performing tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Pride in performing to the best of own ability
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
