Digital Media Coordinator - Dubai, UAE

The past five years we have established our own inhouse digital ‘agency’ called The Barn. We add value to Arla and that’s why we’re now expanding in Dubai. In this new role you will support the digital media function, whilst being part of our well-established global team of Digital Media Specialists across many countries, such as Denmark, Germany, England, Sweden and Canada (30 colleagues in total, you will be the third in the Dubai). You will get the best of two worlds, locally in Dubai, you will sit with the marketing organisation and local Digital & Media Team.

We need you as an expert to execute our digital media campaigns in MENA. You will be responsible for hands-on execution of our digital campaigns. Specifically, you will

  • Building the campaigns in the campaign managers and DPS’s
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend tactical changes to maximise performance
  • Perform in-flight optimisation of digital campaigns
  • Assist with data and KPI analyses and digital testing to understand and reach relevant audiences and develop optimal consumer journeys
  • Work closely with your colleagues and the local Digital & Media and brand managers

Who are you?

We value a great drive and ambition over your educational background. Do you have a few years of experience from an agency, and some of the following

  • Strong analytical skills with data and presentations?
  • Great stakeholder management skills, making it easy for you to translate technical campaign data for a wide range of audiences?
  • Experience with digital paid media – specifically with executing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns through YouTube, META & TikTok?
  • Possess basic knowledge of the digital ad ecosystems (Connected TV, Digital OOH, Retail Media) and programmatic media buying (DV360)?
