Job Description

 

  • Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review documents before starting clearance process.
  • Make follow up with vendors and updates customer using phones and Emails.
  • Make daily updates using excel to share reports with customers.
  • Using aramex cargo wise system for updating and create new shipments.
  • Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices.
  • Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply holding Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Time-management, assertive nature, and the ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
  • Details oriented.
  • Microsoft office (Excel ) highly needed
