Roles & Responsibilities
This is a project-based fulltime onsite role
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Draft and negotiate sponsorship proposals based on client's business strategy/feedback
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client proposals according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly initiatives to internal team members
- Follow up with clients to secure partnership opportunities
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare reports on account status upon request
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to identify and grow opportunities internally as well as for existing and potential sponsors
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- On-ground support during Festival events
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills: including the ability to write, proofread, and edit documents.
- Budgeting skills and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
- Demonstrated success in dealing with the public with professionalism and good judgment.
- A willingness to take on new tasks, think creatively, contribute ideas, and be an integral part of GFF.
