Roles & Responsibilities

This is a project-based fulltime onsite role

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Draft and negotiate sponsorship proposals based on client's business strategy/feedback
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client proposals according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly initiatives to internal team members
  • Follow up with clients to secure partnership opportunities
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on account status upon request
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to identify and grow opportunities internally as well as for existing and potential sponsors
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • On-ground support during Festival events

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills: including the ability to write, proofread, and edit documents.
  • Budgeting skills and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
  • Demonstrated success in dealing with the public with professionalism and good judgment.
  • A willingness to take on new tasks, think creatively, contribute ideas, and be an integral part of GFF.
