Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Licensing Officer and PRO to join our leading client in Abu Dhabi. As a Medical Licensing Officer and PRO, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of medical licensing and regulatory compliance for healthcare professionals working within the organization. Additionally, you will oversee public relations activities and manage communications with government authorities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire process of medical licensing and credentialing for healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to government authorities for licensing and renewal purposes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities and maintain positive relationships.
- Coordinate and facilitate timely communication between healthcare professionals and government entities.
- Keep up to date with changes in rules and regulations related to medical licensing.
- Assist in managing public relations activities, including press releases and media relations.
- Handle any issues or inquiries related to licensing and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in medical licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements for healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
