About this Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Back Office Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for leading different back-office teams and to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What will you do:

  • Managing different back-office teams working under NOC structure covering e2e NOC delivery model and relevant processes.
  • Leading and securing delivery performance in alignment with the business case and managed service targets.
  • Secure the quality and cost control of the services delivered from their delivery unit either global or local in accordance with the expected levels agreed in the Working Level Agreements (WLA).
  • Secure service performance requirements according to regional and global benchmark and relevant targets.
  • Managing end to end delivery performance even when the delivery is fragmented, thru a proper coordination with Operations director and MSCOO for other parts of the delivery.
  • Lead MS delivery operational, financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable for Specific contract delivery performance KPIs & SLAs.
  • Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units across the organization.
  • Guide back-office teams for operational excellence through high level of automation and synergies.
  • Identify delivery trends with possible Add on Sale to the business case.

What will you bring:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or any equivalent engineering degree.
  • Min years of experience: 10 Years.
  • Domain experience: Core & IP Network.
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Persuading and influencing with argumentation skills.
  • Analyzing.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
  • Relating and networking.
  • Leading and supervising, have coaching skills.
  • Market insight, business understanding and Ericsson knowledge.
  • Financial skills.
