About the Role?

As a Specialist, Sales Operations at Mrsool, you will work closely with the sales team to streamline and optimize sales processes, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and contribute to the overall success of the sales function. Your role will involve managing and analyzing sales data, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing support to the sales team. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for sales operations, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Manage sales data and provide accurate and timely reporting to the sales team and senior management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights for sales strategies and decision-making
  • Develop and implement sales performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and ensure efficient operations
  • Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Support the sales team with training and onboarding new team members
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Provide support and assistance to the sales team as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
