Hey there.

We are an innovative staffing agency dedicated to connecting top international talent with exceptional companies in the US.

This specific role is not an external role for one of our clients but rather an internal role where you'd be reporting to our Head of Operations. She's cool.

This is a fully remote role as a Project Manager. You'll need to be adept at optimizing processes, managing projects, and contributing to product development. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to enhance the efficiency of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in launching new projects, refining operational processes, and supporting various aspects of our company’s efficiency.

The role is ideal for someone who, probably 10 years from now, wants to become a COO.

Fully remote, 9AM-5PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
    • Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with the product development team to design and build new products that enhance our client and candidate experience.
    • Provide operational insights and feedback during the product development process.
    • Assist in the launch and rollout of new products, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations.
  • Creative Solutions:
    • Bring innovative ideas to the table to solve complex operational challenges.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to improve company-wide efficiency and productivity.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying relevant insights to our operations.
  • Operational Support:
    • Support the Head of Operations in daily activities and long-term planning.
    • Assist in the management of company resources, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, which you will learn on the job.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations or project management role.
  • Proven ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in using project management and HR software (e.g., ClickUp or similar platforms).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent at Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fast-talker.
