Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Switchgear Sales Engineer to join Established Client in the field of LV Switchgear OEM supplies. As a Switchgear Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of switchgear products to clients in various industries. You will work closely with customers to understand their electrical needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your strong technical knowledge and sales expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales leads in the electrical industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance on switchgear products.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and customize switchgear solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in switchgear.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or switchgear industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of switchgear products and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid UAE License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
