Position Overview: As a Sales Manager for Data Center and Server solutions, you will drive sales growth by targeting key accounts such as Asbis, Ingram, Mindware, and Logicom. Leveraging your extensive experience within the GCC/MENA regions and your expertise with manufacturers like Gigabyte, AIC, Tyan, and Supermicro, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Identify and engage key accounts within the data center and server market, including companies like Asbis, Ingram, Mindware, and Logicom.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the GCC/MENA regions, preferably in the data center and server solutions sector.
  • Proven experience working with manufacturers like Gigabyte, AIC, Tyan, and Supermicro.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
