We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an AI Developer in Cairo, Egypt.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on developing innovative AI solutions and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain AI-driven systems that enhance our products and services.
The candidate must be based in Cairo, Egypt. This is an opportunity to work as a Contractor for a Canadian Company; advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the innovation task force to identify AI opportunities in capital project management and consultancy.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms for various applications.
- Work closely with data scientists, project managers, and consultants to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and patterns.
- Develop and maintain AI pipelines and workflows.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and their applications relevant to our consulting firm.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of AI systems.
- Maintain organized records and document AI models, processes, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, etc.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of various machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
- Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
- Ability to work with vector databases such as Chromadb, and pinecone, and perform data manipulation using tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Candidate must be based in Egypt.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferably the American University
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google cloud or Azure is a plus.
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields are desirable.
- Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects are advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and neural networks architecture.
- Familiarity with OpenAI libraries and API.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Knowledge of project management processes and tools is a significant advantage.
