About The Role
Are you working in Reservations, Call Center, Front Office or a similar department? Are you organized and would like to kickstart your career in the Sales department?
This role has a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting the Sales Team by creating and sending contracts for Atlantis the Palm and The Royal Atlantis, ensuring accurate tracking of details in spreadsheets. Supporting site inspections, FAM trips, and the creation of running orders for both locations. Additionally, there's a crucial role in communicating with tour operators across various markets. Maintaining files, updating databases, managing office supplies, and ensuring timely responses to correspondences while maintaining confidentiality. Overall, the position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
About You
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language and grammar skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel. They should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and efficiency in managing tasks, including prioritization and multitasking. This role demands initiative, the ability to handle sensitive situations, self-motivation, and at least three years of relevant experience, along with flexibility for regular meeting attendance and varied working hours.
