Procurement Officer

As a Procurement Officer, you are responsible for evaluating vendors/ contractors and ensuring that approved purchases / services are cost effective and high of quality. You will have to be deadline driven, proactive, self-starter, dedicated and balance multiple tasks simultaneously organizing and coordinating the office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

In this role, you will:

• Assisting Facilities Manager in vendor management
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Create and maintain relationship with vendor
• Bring up new vendors and maintain backup vendors for each mode of office supplies and services
• Task completion before deadline
• Price negotiation
• Invoice submission & payment follow up with finance team
• Ensure supplies & services meet quality standards
• Maintain & update list of vendors.
• Maintain documents and make yearly budget forecast
• Work with team member to complete duties

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience 
• Well familiar with requirements i.e., having significant compliance with required
  and expected performance
