Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Support team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Encourage, coach & develop the team, in addition to working on their talking talent along with aspirations.
  • Ensure business continuity plan is defined, update and implemented
  • Ensure compliance of Sales Operations activities and follow up on updating SOPs, SRs, and other policies to be in line with global guidance and current practices.
  • Prepare Sales Operations KPIs results for the executive reviews and present to Head of Business Analytics & Cluster Heads of Sales Support and build action plans
  • Build Issue log and proposed action plan to present to Head of Business Excellence and Analytics on monthly basis in strategic review
  • Accountable of Customer Life Cycle activities though initiating of customer creation, modification and closure forms with the collaboration of Sales & Customer Master data teams ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of creation to avoid losing sales.
  • Monitor the Preparation of promotional payments to customers ensuring full documentations and collaborate directly with GBM & Channel Managers to get their approvals on the agreement details ensuring compliance.
  • Supervise on maintaining master data for Azure / Manual / Hybris Orders in collaboration with Sales Team
  • Monitor the creation of monthly price list report communicating it with Sales Team, Country Finance Manager and Sales Analytics.
  • Accountable of creating the monthly listing memo including the monthly promotions and deals to Sales team in order to engage with the customers for Sales. (For some exceptional cases, data is communicated directly to customer)
  • Encourage and lead the continuous collaboration and follow-ups to resolve business issues with Sales, BSA, Finance and Order to Cash E2E teams through benchmarking other centers to rollout initiatives and adopting best practices.
  • Lead on the automations to streamline and optimize the E2E Sales Support process and create dashboards for impactful analytical reports to provide better view and visibility for the markets and vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Support Supervisor and team to ensure E2E process efficiency and KPIs on track
  • Lead on all Sales operations process trainings and Knowledge Transfer sessions

Required skills:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of data processing software, e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong oral and written English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to facilitate group discussions.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data and problem-solving

Leadership and Management Skills:

  • Stakeholder management skills: ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., IBPs, vendors)
  • People management skills: experience in coaching, developing, and motivating a team
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a customer service-oriented environment
