Details of the Role:

We are seeking a Head of Strategic Opportunities and Chief of Staff to the CEO, a role tailored for a versatile all-rounder at the intersection of traditional finance, deep tech (including blockchain, AI, etc.), and compliance. This position requires not only exceptional interpersonal skills but also a deep understanding of how to maintain continuous alignment within a fast-growing organization in an ever-evolving space.

This role will serve as a key thought partner to our founder and management team, actively collaborating to implement strategic initiatives. This critical and influential position will facilitate a wide range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities. It demands extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, robust product and business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create compelling executive-level presentations and detailed narratives.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading special projects in areas directly overseen by the CEO, by partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including leaders in Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and Business Development.
• Acting as a versatile tool for solving any problem.
• Preparing the CEO for all key engagements and decisions, and acting as his stand-in when needed.
• Proactively resolving issues and addressing problems before they reach the CEO.
• Developing compelling content and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in a business operations, strategy, or product role at a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated interest in Fintech and Blockchain applications.
