Responsibilities:

  • Review and update legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other correspondence as needed to support legal matters.
  • Draft and review corporate documents and forms  liability including MOA, OGM, EGM, BOD.
  • Assist in carrying out research of records and legal precedents so that relevant data and information is available in a timely and easy to use manner, to apply to resolve legal matters.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in law – English Department.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in well-known law firm or international organization.
  • Excellent command in both English and Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
