The Role:

As our HR and Administrative Specialist, you will be essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring efficient administrative operations.   • Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics for training sessions, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports using cloud-based tools.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
