Key Responsibilities

• Draft & Review Commercial Agreements and Contracts.
• Make Legal Researches for business needs.
• Render Legal Advises in day-to-day operations to other departments.
• Assist Senior Level in Legal Department with all requirements needed.
• Represent the Company before Courts, Public Notary, GAFI and any governmental authority as may be needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members on various legal tasks.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Experience: Proficient with legal research tools and document management software.
• English Proficiency: High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

Requirements

• Holder of Bsc. Faculty of Law (English Section) from any University in Egypt.
• Primary Lawyer before Courts.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience as Attorney at Law up to 5 years in a Law Firm or In-house Position.
• Native Arabic Language & Excellent English Language.
• Can use on Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint & Ms Outlook; with ability to operate on any company system as instructed.
• Additional Certificates and courses are of more advantage.
