AFH Executive

As an AFH Operations Executive, your key responsibilities include leading the operations team of sales supervisors and pre-sellers. Your primary objectives are to achieve sales targets and strategically develop AFH channels.

About You

Main Responsibilities

• Manage AFH Supervisors & Pre-sellers to achieve targeted sales KPIs, including scanning and activating all weighted AFH chains within the dairy category.
• Maintain relationships with key customers (E-commerce, HORECA, businesses & GYMs) and negotiate customer contracts aligned with overall company sales strategy.
• Coordinate activities across functions to provide consistent and cohesive service to customers.
• Monitor competitive activity within accounts and share relevant information.
• Provide ongoing support to high-value clients.
• Lead scanning and activation efforts for weighted AFH chains in the dairy category.
• Oversee and track E-commerce customer operations.
• Ensure adherence to pricing policies with E-commerce & HORECA customers.
• Manage weekly sales orders and warehouse stocks.
• Monitor customers’ credit limits and cash collections commitment vs contracts.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic business relationships with major accounts.
• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge and drive the direct sales process.
• Arrange market visits to engage with existing and potential clients.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major, preferably business administration.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably FMCG.
• Very good written and verbal communication in English.
• Very good knowledge of MS programs (Excel, Word, PPT,..)
