Job Description
What you will be doing
- Lead new product and technology development, ensuring safety and legal compliance.
- Ensure team delivers high-quality work and excellent customer experience.
- Protect all intellectual property generated by the team.
- Adhere to change management processes and support technology and business goals.
- Manage a team and projects efficiently, staying within budget.
- Incorporate safety into designs and manage prototype assembly and testing.
- Develop reliable, manufacturable solutions and provide clear documentation.
- Use SolidWorks to create and update 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written)
- University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years commercial experience
- Experience with mechanical design, including BoM, 3D modeling, and design calculations
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Highly motivated, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work well in teams
- Knowledge of plant and equipment fabrication, with Chartered Professional Engineer credentials preferred
