Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the healthcare technology industry.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex healthcare technology projects, preferably in a client-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulations, trends, and challenges.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
