Job Description: Clinic Manager (Healthcare/ Aesthetics Clinic)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our prestigious aesthetics clinic in Dubai. As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional patient care, and a positive work environment for our team. This position requires strong leadership skills, healthcare expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including clinicians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Patient Care: Ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction are maintained throughout all interactions and treatments.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and procedures.
• Financial Management: Monitor clinic budget, expenses, and revenue generation strategies to ensure profitability and financial health.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to uphold clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Training and Development: Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for clinic staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (both verbal and written).
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• UAE Experience: Prior experience working in healthcare in the UAE is essential.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, clinic operations, and patient care standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management software.
