Position Overview: The Senior Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for managing CSR team, improving relationships with key customers, and ensuring the successful execution of export shipments. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Orders processing: Prepare Sales orders for export shipments based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to process orders efficiently, monitor shipment status, and resolve any issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Export Documentation: Ensure all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations and customer requirements. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, proactively seeking resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, customer service standards, and product offerings to enhance competitiveness and profitability in the export market.
  • Bring new insights to improve the process of exports shipments


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in export or international trade.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and (SAP S4/HANA is a plus)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
