DHA licensed Female Registered Nurse required for a Home Healthcare

OnTime Healthcare is currently hiring a DHA licensed Female Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team in providing exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Registered Nurse with a focus on home healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services to our patients while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. They should very well know hoe to do IV theraphy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and observing any changes in condition
• Assess patients' health status and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on proper medication use, disease management, and self-care techniques
• Monitor and manage IV therapy (mandatory)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the provision of nursing care
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
