Channel Sales Representative Central Asia (Russian Speaker)

Position Overview:

As a Channel Sales Representative for Central Asia, you will be responsible for driving sales by collaborating with existing or new channel partners. You will review and evaluate sales processes to improve company performance and develop sales strategies. Additionally, you will handle vendor partnership portal administration, including training, pricing, and order placement. This is a full-time, new position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess sound knowledge of the channel/distribution business model, processes, and operations.
  • Perform technical qualifications to support sales efforts.
  • Manage forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track partner data using company-standard CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
  • Model effective selling skills, motivate, and support sales teams in selling.
  • Provide high-level support in the pursuit and closing of deals.
  • Sponsor and direct skill-building activities to increase the productivity and accomplishments of the sales force.
  • Focus on strategic direction and understand the overall company/TSG strategic direction and portfolio.
  • Assist sales teams in customizing solutions based on client needs.
  • Participate in key customer demonstrations, open house events, training, and presentations to increase product awareness and sales.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, road shows, and user group events.
  • Recommend product configurations, part numbers, and options to suit customer needs and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Business, Communication, or a related field desirable or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years / more than 5 years of relevant experience in channel sales and distribution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
