How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be in charge of elaborating and implementing the Marketing strategy and action plans for the UAE to support sustainable busiess growth and define the local product strategy within international guidelines, ensuring specific adapation to the local context and challenges. You will define the UAE product strategic plan through market analysis, UAE activity analysis, budet proposal and action plans definition and through collaboration with all departments including commerical, client and communications. You will champion all categories and share weekly and monthly sales reports along with qualatative insights with key stakeholders and identify needs of in-depth ad-hoc reports on specific challenges and opportunities. In your role, you will animate and lead dedicated communities to drive the business and reinforce knowledge with sales associates in the boutique.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic would be a plus but not essential. You bring with you a minimum of 8 years prior experience in a 360 managerial marketing position, preferably in the luxury or retail space. You are a luxury enthusiast, who understands the UAE market and context of the Middle East client base. You are naturally solution driven, analytical, comfortable with reporting and budgeting and can provide inspiring team leadership to drive results.
