Sales Supervisor- Delta

Main Purpose of Job:

sales supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of sales teams to achieve sales targets and objectives. Their role involves providing guidance and support to sales representatives, monitoring performance, identifying training needs, resolving issues, and implementing strategies to improve sales effectiveness.

A Day in the Life:

• Supervisor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up, update and flawless execution of Field Sales Plan for his area
• Execute daily monitoring of Sales Rep. Performance vs. "Picture of Success" (evaluation and calibration accuracy)
• Responsible for the execution of the Channel plans at the point of sales
• Support the development of Field Sales, Channel Plans for each category by providing feedback on the Cycle plan activities agreed in action plans.
• Ensure adherence of all Company principles and policies, Safety and local legal regulations
• Support, motivate, develop, evaluate and control direct sales force, merchandisers, eventually retailers
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales management to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  
  

Am I a good fit?

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
• Experience leading a team
• FMCG background is preferred
• Distribution or Retail experience
• Good English skills
