Sales Representative

Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading mattress manufacturer and retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an operation licensee of Sealy Inc. USA, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality mattresses in the market. With our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we ensure that our mattresses are crafted to perfection, providing exceptional comfort and support.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
• Pitch and demonstrate Sealy mattresses to potential customers and assist them in selecting the right product based on their needs and preferences
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional after-sales support and resolving customer complaints or issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
• Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and promotional activities
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the sales manager on customer preferences, market conditions, and competition
