Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, particularly focusing on scheduling, communication, and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Scheduling and Rescheduling Zoom Meetings:
   - Coordinate and schedule Zoom meetings for candidates and interviewers.
   - Reschedule meetings as necessary and communicate changes promptly.

 

2. Attendance Confirmation:
   - Confirm attendance of interviewers and candidates prior to scheduled meetings.
   - Send reminders to ensure timely participation.

 

3. Feedback Management:
   - Follow up with interviewers to ensure feedback is posted on time.
   - Maintain a tracking system for interview feedback.

 

4. Reporting:
   - Create and maintain reports using Excel.
   - Track key metrics and provide regular updates to the HR team.

متطلبات الوظيفة

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with Zoom and LinkedIn is a plus.
