Position Overview: Liminal is seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP of Demand Generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and attract new customers globally. This role requires a data-driven, creative thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust global demand generation strategy aligned with Liminal’s business goals and growth objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, and events to generate high-quality leads.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Outbound Lead Strategies: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to develop and refine outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with overall demand generation efforts.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of demand generation activities. Use data analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support revenue growth objectives. Collaborate on content creation, messaging, and positioning.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends. Use insights to inform demand generation strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximum impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role within the tech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound marketing techniques.
