Overview Control and manage the CW ; contracted & daily labor force (1300 CW’s) system & processes at Snacks Obour & Tanash plants and annual operating plan (AOP) to ensure operations stability. Responsibilities Planning the annual needs of the CW- HC with the business in line with AOP and PepsiCo control standards Ensure all CW operations are compliant with Egypt Labor & Social Insurance Laws & other governmental regulations. Ensure the daily attainment of the CW HC as per the plan and instantly work on any gap Ensure all the CW operations are aligned with PepsiCo standards such as health and safety, human rights,…etc. Handle the relationship with the CW vendors in line with KPI’s and annual contracts to ensure proper execution of all contract terms covering; insurance, medical, transportation, uniform…..etc. Manage the labor relations related to The CW vendors and ensure the CW labor payroll & personnel issues are in compliance with Egypt Labor Law Partner with LHRM (Commercial, Operations & Supporting Functions) in order to challenge The CW HC needs with relevant stakeholders to reach the optimum standard crewing (Organization Chart) for each function and maintain the annual financial task on Variable Lines of People cost. Develop action plans to improve the performance and quality of The CW Service that will positively impact the business. Implement new initiatives such as R&R for the CW labor in partnership with LHRM & Business. Implement the CW population scheme, policies & procedures to maximize the value of the CW service to the business. Apply HR initiatives - as relevant - to the CW labor to ensure consistency of standards. Partner with the TA team on the relevant initiatives to create the right pool of CW Labor that can grow into CFI roles. Track the monthly financial performance of The CW spending per category across CFI and cascade the outcomes to HRBPs and business then agree on the actions needed to be taken. Develop and review the monthly accruals report for CFI The CW Spending. Proactively evaluate the compliance status of The CW Suppliers in dealing with their employees and take action to close any gaps to be ready for any audits. Create short and long-term objectives for Activation team members then review, appraise & develop them monthly, Bi-annually, and year-end against their results. Design and implement the change management plans related to The CW Labor in line with PepsiCo initiatives. Lead CFI The CW Activation team & ensure their sustained performance through PepsiCo performance measurement tools & build their capability. Monitoring OT across Snacks locations & define and implement HC Productivity initiatives. Prepare monthly Contingent KPIs analysis and share it with relevant stakeholders (Financial Forecast & Interventions). Ensure timely and proper safety /food safety orientation sessions are delivered to 100% of new labors. Build and execute the monthly HC plans to meet business requirements aligning with all relevant stakeholders (internally and externally) meeting the AOP and maintaining the R/C targets. Compose an agile approach to smoothly manage the daily dynamic business plans with operation excellence while maintaining cost efficiency. Ensure delivering a daily contingent performance scorecard to business leaders to ensure KPIs alignment and agree on way forward action plans. Develop a monthly corrective action plan to ensure vendors’ compliance with labor hiring documents. Lead effective change management plans to ensure a smooth transition of vendor remapping across sites with zero business interruptions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field +4 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably 1 year in a leadership role Strong knowledge of building HR policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity.
