Responsible for the tracking and analyzing the performance of the mini market ensuring that the sales plan is achieved, and the customer base is expanded as set in plan.
Responsibilities
Partner with Trade Marketing (TM) team in activation through securing spots in Mini Markets (MM)
Develop P&L for the MM
Conduct contract negotiation to acquire new customer/renewals
Ensure the payments are done on time as per the agreed contracts
Ensure credit management with internal finance team
Conduct market visits nationwide to assess our presence in the market & ensure proper execution in MM outlets (cooler integrity - product availability)
Data cleansing
Partner with TM team to develop promo calendar
Extract daily sales report by region to track and analyze the progress of the volume
Conduct business review meeting with the management
Monitor supply of stock in warehouse to ensure optimal stock availability to meet demand and maximize sales opportunities
Follow up with execution team the delivery and ensure the order is delivered properly
Technical / behavioral Training (2 annual training total 4 days)
Qualifications
2-4 years retail FMCG experience.
Execution & operating with business strategies.
Strong negotiation skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work cross function/ Build strong positive relationship with peers and business.
