We are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our client team a leading building and construction company in Dubai. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications. - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts. - Review and analyze supplier proposals, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. - Track and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise. - Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and purchase orders. - Assist with supplier performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
