SearchPlus HR is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia. As a Specialist Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized anesthesia services for cardiac surgeries and procedures.
In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' medical history, performing pre-operative assessments, and developing customized anesthesia plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient. You will administer anesthesia during cardiac surgeries, such as open-heart surgeries, heart transplants, and valve replacements, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period. Additionally, you will monitor patients' vital signs, oxygenation levels, and responses to anesthesia and provide pain management strategies specific to cardiac patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform pre-operative assessments
- Develop and implement customized anesthesia plans for cardiac surgeries and procedures
- Administer anesthesia during cardiac surgeries, including open-heart surgeries, heart transplants, and valve replacements
- Monitor patients' vital signs, oxygenation levels, and responses to anesthesia during procedures
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide pain management strategies specific to cardiac patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field of cardiac anesthesia

Requirements:
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia
- Proven experience and expertise in administering anesthesia for cardiac surgeries and procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and anesthesia protocols specific to cardiac patients
- Experience in monitoring and managing patients' vital signs and responses during cardiac procedures
