Responsibilities include conducting thorough medical examinations and assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications and treatments, promoting health education and preventive care, coordinating patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals, documenting patient medical histories and progress, and staying current with medical advancements and research.
