As a Specialist Pathologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in the accurate diagnosis and management of diseases. Your expertise in pathology will contribute to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Performing comprehensive examinations and analysis of various types of specimens, including tissue samples and body fluids
- Interpreting and evaluating laboratory test results, including immunohistochemistry and molecular diagnostics
- Formulating accurate and detailed pathology reports based on findings
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to discuss and review patient cases, providing expert consultation and guidance
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in pathology through continuous learning and research
- Participating in quality assurance programs and adhering to safety protocols

Requirements:
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Pathologist
- Completion of an accredited pathology residency program
- Board certification in Pathology
- Proven experience in examining and analyzing tissue specimens and laboratory tests
- In-depth knowledge of pathology principles, practices, and diagnostic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to handle a high volume of cases accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
