Tittle: Office/Site Administrator

Location: CA – City Stars

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office/Site Administrator to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office/site,

handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments as Operations,

Training & Quality, Human Recourses and Facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office/site operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office/site cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage conference room schedules.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with IT support as needed.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks such as welcoming employee and assisting with

onboarding/offboarding procedures.

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to provide comprehensive support across

departments.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Mass communication, or a

related area.

  • Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a BPO environment is a plus.
  • Experienced in Administrator, client relation or office management for 1 year.
  • Good understanding and experience in the office environment.
  • Ability for problem-solving, conflict resolution, motivation, and negotiation.
  • Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities, and multi-task.
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
  • People-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to interact positively with staff at all levels.
