FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Supervising chargehands, machine operators, carpenters & helpers to execute their duties.
Manpower control- chargehands, foremen, machine operators, carpenters & helpers
Analyzing shop drawings and cutting list before issuance to designated chargehands.
Giving ideas to chargehands and working on how to cut & assemble before starting mass production.
Monitoring all workers for proper way of working & basic safety training as well.
Making full size layout for loose furniture / mock ups.
Monitoring all factory machines.
Requisition of suitable machine tools to production
Quality Control- Incoming & outgoing materials. Ensure quality & details of finish items before transferring to paintshop section.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

Graduate. Extensive knowledge in joinery & interiors works.
Flexible and can work with less supervision
Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the companys Integrated Management System Policy.
