This position reports to
Quality and Operational Excellence Manag
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Monitor of Business KPI.s creating improvement opportunities
- Tracking of programs, initiatives, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory and/or cost targets and fulfillment of commitments to customers and stakeholders in collaboration with local management.
- Guide the local improvement actions toward greater customer satisfaction using the appropriate problem-solving methodologies, involving all stake holders like production, supplier quality, engineering & R&D
- Lead the implementation of lean foundations such as 5S and other lean practices such as TPM, JIT, Value stream maps and lean logistics.
- Remove barriers to the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level in consultation with relevant stakeholders,
- Provide support in cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Sound knowledge of Lean and six sigma
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Minitab are an asset
- English/ Arabic
- Preferred experience in Power fields
- Experience using 8D/Problem solving methodologies
- Proven track record in applying Lean and L6S methodologies
- Hands-on and problem-solving mentality to challenge "status quo"
- High customer and solution orientation, paired with a communicative personality
- Ability to determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Ability to interact with different stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication

- Ability to time manage complex, several, and diverse tasks
