Interior Rendering Specialist

We are working with an excellent boutique design-led architectural consultancy in Dubai who are looking for an Interior Rendering Specialist with a minimum of 5 years working experience. A high-quality background in interior renderings is essential for the ideal candidate, as well as res a keen eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate architectural concepts into visually stunning 3D renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Revit. Develop photorealistic renderings that accurately represent design concepts, materials, lighting, and textures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives. Participate in design meetings to provide insights and suggestions for visual enhancements.
• Design Development: Assist in the development of interior design concepts from initial sketches to final renderings. Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve renderings.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced rendering techniques to produce high-quality visuals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software advancements to ensure the best possible output.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple rendering projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ensure all renderings are completed to the highest standard and delivered on time
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior rendering.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, and other rendering software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential and commercial interior renderings.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, textures, and materials in rendering.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and concepts into 3D visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
