Could you be the full-time onsite AMECA Sig & Infra Field Operations Manager in Cairo, EG we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive field operations management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, resourceful, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the AMECA region's Field Operations for Signalling and Infrastructure, shaping the future of installation processes and contributing significantly to our strategic goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Management, Engineering, Sourcing, and Tendering), guide and validate recruitment and training for technical installation resources, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Proactive contribution to ALSTOM Management Cycle of Installation, including management of People, Processes, and Performance.
• Leading Region’s Management Cycle for Installation within Field Operations, from tactical to strategic levels.
• Assessment of competency of Installation population and monitoring of their performance.
• Planning, developing, and managing Sig & Infra Installation resources of the Region.
• Appointment of Installation Tender Leader (ITL) or Bid Installation Leader (BIL) for tenders.

• Experience or understanding of field operations management in rail or project engineering industries.
