Aviation Administrator
As part of our growing international Aviation division, we excited to add to our team in Dubai with an Aviation Administrator.
Based at our conveniently located office in DIFC, the Aviation Administrator will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries from external customers and to support the Aviation claims workload with all aspects of insurance claim progression, by providing high level customer service, secretarial and administrative support.
Your Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
- Assisting with expense, travel, and meeting arrangements for Surveyors and Adjusters
- Assisting Surveyors and Adjusters with quarterly bordereaux submissions.
- Setting up of new claims within our internal system and liaising with market regarding insurance policy details and accurately recording of same within the system.
- Undertaking sanction and conflict checks on new instructions and liaising with relevant internal departments and colleagues.
- Liaising with Finance Department regarding issuance of invoicing and fees.
- Monitoring the department’s emails & correspondencand recording relevant files within Darwin Claims system.
- Receive and action new claims files, review documents for their relevance, monitor and assist management of claim files on behalf of Aviation Adjusters, ensuring instructions and processes are in line with account handling requirements.
- Assist with compiling/drafting reports from provided data, conducting research for reports to be completed in standard formats and variations.
You Will Have/will Be
- Claims experience
- Enthusiasm for Aviation and the insurance industry
- Audio and dictation experience desirable
- Experience of delivering outstanding customer service to clients and customers
- Excellent, accurate key board skills, audio typing with proven audio transcription training and Word Processing
