Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Build 3D models of mechanical parts and components.
• Prototype and assemble mechanical parts ready for production.
• Work on designing of motorized microstructure components
• Inspect and perform various diagnostic tests for the mechanical parts developed.
• Conduct repairs and transformation in the existing system for maximum reliability.
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in timely manner.
  
  

Profile Requirements

• Excellent Knowledge of 3D modelling, Solidworks / AutoCAD, drive mechanisms and power transmission.
• Knowledge of 3D printing and Manufacturing techniques.
• Use of structural analysis softwares like ANSYS/ Hyperworks/ ABAQUS.
• Knowledge of Kinematic and dynamic motion study.
• Should be able to work on micro motors structure and its gear system.
• Qualification and Essential Requirements:
• B.tech/ M.tech in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience of 0-3 Years. Freshers may apply
