We are currently hiring a Payroll & Personnel Senior Specialist who will help our people team in running their operations and calculates the payroll and make sure that everything is compliant and moving directly with our mindset of customer obsession.

You will be a champion of our culture from the moment an employee interacts with you for any query until they are satisfied with your resolution and the services provided for them. 

Job requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling employees contracts signatures, Contract Renewals & Probation periods
• Handling Social Insurance forms and communication with SI authority
• Handling Labor office footers and communication with Labor offices
• Follow the new updates of the labor law
• Handling and following up on hiring documents and employees filing.
• Collection of Payroll variables
• Payroll Calculations
• Handling communications with banks and opening the employees bank accounts
• Monthly Payroll reporting and analytics
• Form 4 quarterly submissions
• Form 4 Yearly Submissions and tax reconciliation.
• Form 2 Calculations, submission and reconciliation.
• Handle the employee database and HR Information System

• Your passion is helping people across all levels
• 5+ years previous experience in Personnel & Payroll
• Excited to be an integral part of building one of the fastest growing technology start-ups in Egypt
• Very good knowledge with the Egyptian labor law and its practices
• Experience in Dealing with the governmental authorities (Social Insurance and Labor offices)
• Deep understanding of the payroll processes, income tax laws, & social insurance new law
• Sharp emotional intelligence and ability to work with different types of people
• Impeccable communication and organizational skills
• Loving food is a big plus!
