Job Description


  • Acting in highly complex processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and making suggestions for changes.
  • Conduct projects in your area of expertise, rethinking existing methods and standards.
  • Analyze data / information preparing studies that support decision making.
  • Support leadership in team orientation.
  • Receives guidance from the leadership for carrying out new responsibilities, or those that are outside the standards of the area, or for solving complex/unusual problems.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.


Job Description

Owns all aspects of the relationship with clients, by managing, coaching and coordinating the efforts of the Key Account Executives and merchandising team, in charge of negotiating the Business Development Agreements with his clients and leading the business reviews throughout the year, with the objective of ensuring continuous high quality of service and growing the sales in his assigned market.

Experience

4 to 5 years of experience in Modern Trade;


  • Knowledge in the office package (word, excel, power point and outlook)
  • Knowledge in area indicators and management tools
